1. What You Are Buying
When you order from BrandSourcer, you are buying manual supplier research.
You are not buying guaranteed supplier approval, a guaranteed wholesale account, guaranteed authorized distributor status, guaranteed pricing, guaranteed product availability, guaranteed profitability, or guaranteed marketplace approval.
2. Refunds Before Research Starts
If we have not started working on your research request, you may request a refund by contacting info@brandsourcer.com.
We may approve a refund if the request is made before manual research begins.
3. After Research Starts
Once manual research has started, the order is generally non-refundable.
This is because the service is based on manual work, research time, and analysis performed for your specific request.
If consumer cancellation rules apply to your order, we may ask you to request that the service begins before the end of any cancellation period. If we have already started work at your request, you may not be eligible for a full refund for work already performed. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.
4. Refund Exceptions
We may provide a refund or correction if you were charged twice for the same order, there was a technical payment error, we have not started the order and approve cancellation, we determine that we cannot complete your request, or we decide that a refund is appropriate at our discretion.
5. If No Relevant Wholesale Options Are Found
Supplier availability depends on the product, brand, region, public information, and whether legal wholesale channels appear to exist.
If no relevant wholesale options are found, the report may still include research findings, checked sources, official policy notes, risk notes, and recommended next steps.
During launch, if we find no relevant wholesale options for your request, we will give you one additional supplier search request for free. This launch replacement request is not a cash refund.
6. Public Pricing and Supplier Availability
Public supplier pricing is included only when available.
BrandSourcer does not guarantee that a supplier will show pricing publicly, keep pricing unchanged, approve your account, or sell to your intended marketplace.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email info@brandsourcer.com and include your name, order email, order date, reason for the request, and any relevant payment or receipt reference.
8. Processing Time
If a refund is approved, processing time depends on the payment processor and your bank or card provider.
